Jiangsu Gadot Nuobei Biochemicals is a joint venture company established between Gadot Biochemical Ltd., Israel and Jiangsu Nuobei Biochemical Co. Ltd., China for building and operating a new citric acid and in a later stage also citrate salts production plant in China.

The plant annual production capacity will be  60,000 MT of raw citric acid which will than be used for the production of Citric Acid Anhydrous, Citric Acid Monohydrate and in a later stage also Tri Sodium Citrate as per market demand in the highest quality standards.

The JV plant will be built in "Chenjiagang Chemical Industry Park" which is located in Northeast of Jiangsu province. It is 75 km distant from Lianyungang city, 25 km east of Xiangshui country town, 15 km from the coastal express-way.

The park is situated by Guan River, neighbors Chenjiagang port in north Jiangsu.

By its location the park is logistically easily accessible which result in advantageous transportation and logistics (coming in with raw materials and going out with finished goods). It has rich resources of water and land. And most importantly the park has high environmental capacity.
